1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mowgli (“the Service”), operated by Mowgli AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mowgli is an AI-powered design copilot that helps users generate, iterate on, and export product designs. The Service includes web-based design tools, AI generation capabilities, export functionality, and related features.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription & Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Credits & Usage

The Service operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed when using AI features. Unused credits expire according to your plan terms. We reserve the right to adjust credit costs for specific actions.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, including designs, specifications, and exported code. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including our AI models, software, and underlying technology. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; (c) interfere with the Service's operation; (d) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization; or (e) use automated means to access the Service beyond its intended interfaces.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
