3. Your Designs & Content

Your designs and project content belong to you. We process this content only to provide the Service (e.g., rendering designs, running AI operations). We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: (a) service providers necessary to operate the platform (Stripe for payments, cloud infrastructure for hosting); (b) as required by law; or (c) with your explicit consent.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, though anonymized analytics data may be retained longer.
